GetPassive is designed around a bundled Terms and Conditions disclosure. Developers add a clear paragraph to their existing terms so end users understand that unused bandwidth may help support the app. The SDK does not render any user interface of its own; the disclosure lives in your terms.
Suggested T&C clause
By using this app, you agree that the app may share a limited portion of your device's unused internet bandwidth while the app is installed and active. This helps support the app and keep it available. The feature does not collect your personal data, app content, messages, contacts, browsing history, or files, and it does not track what you do in other apps.
What is collected
- Aggregated bandwidth activity needed to calculate developer earnings.
- Basic app and device environment signals needed to operate the SDK safely.
- Operational logs needed for reliability, fraud prevention, and support.
What is not collected
- No personal data such as name, email, contacts, messages, photos, or files.
- No app content or user-created content.
- No browsing history.
- No tracking profile of the end user.
